Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience



Required Experience



• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Cash Management, or a related field

• Experience managing bank accounts and online banking platforms

• Experience processing daily wires, bank transfers, ACH, and EFT payments

• Experience performing bank reconciliations and analyzing daily cash flows

• Experience monitoring check runs and managing positive pay transmissions

• Experience working with general ledger software

• Experience reconciling client deposits and financial transactions

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access

• Experience working with banking portals and Treasury-related systems



Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Treasury and cash management processes.

• Ability to prepare and maintain daily cash position reports for U.S. and foreign operations.

• Ability to analyze daily cash flows and support efficient disbursement activities.

• Strong knowledge of wires, bank transfers, ACH, EFT, and tax payments.

Position Summary



We're seeking a detail-oriented Treasury/Accounting professional to support daily cash management and banking operations across U.S. and foreign operations. You'll be responsible for preparing daily cash positions, managing bank accounts and banking portals, processing wires, ACH and EFT payments, performing bank reconciliations, and monitoring daily cash activity.



This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of Treasury or Accounting experience who is comfortable working with financial transactions, banking platforms, cash flows, and cross-functional teams. Experience with Workday Finance, public companies, and SOX compliance is highly preferred.



Responsibilities



• Prepare and update the current-day cash position for U.S. and foreign operations

• Work with various teams to reconcile client deposits and transactions

• Manage bank accounts, banking portals, required documentation, and bank account approval processes

• Perform bank administration for Treasury-related systems

• Analyze daily cash flows to support efficient disbursement activities

• Enter and initiate daily wires, transfers, and ACH tax payments

• Process daily EFT and ACH payments accurately and timely

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

• Monitor check runs and ensure accurate processing

• Maintain and upload positive pay transmissions

• Maintain accurate banking and Treasury records and documentation

• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable SOX requirements

• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and other cross-functional teams to resolve transaction and reconciliation issues

• Utilize online banking platforms and financial systems to support daily Treasury operations

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
