• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and change management.
• Experience supporting SaaS/COTS system implementations in public-sector environments.
• Familiarity with HCBS programs, person-centered planning, and Medicaid compliance preferred.
Role Summary
The Training Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering a comprehensive training program to support the successful adoption and ongoing use of the ConneXion Case Management System across Client staff, Regional Offices, contracted providers, and individuals and legally responsible persons. This role ensures training materials and delivery methods support person-centered practices, standardized workflows, and compliance with CMS HCBS waiver requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a statewide training strategy aligned with system implementation phases, user roles, and business processes.
• Design role-based training curricula for Client staff, Targeted Case Management providers, service providers, and individual/guardian users.
• Create and maintain training materials including user guides, job aids, eLearning modules, recorded sessions, and quick reference tools.
• Coordinate and deliver instructor-led training (virtual and/or in-person) and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Ensure training content reflects HCBS waiver requirements, person-centered service planning, utilization review, service authorization, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Helpdesk, and CMS Certification Leads to ensure training supports operational readiness and certification requirements.
• Establish training evaluation metrics, track participation, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support system upgrades and policy changes by updating training materials and conducting refresher training as needed. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
