Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Trainer to support manufacturing operations through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee training programs. This role is critical in ensuring production teams are properly trained, certified, and aligned with operational and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing experience, a passion for training and mentoring employees, and the ability to drive process improvements within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured training programs for production employees and manufacturing teams
• Identify training gaps and implement effective learning solutions that improve workforce performance
• Coordinate employee certifications, recurring training requirements, and training system compliance
• Develop and maintain training procedures, work instructions, and related documentation
• Support quality systems by identifying and resolving training-related process issues
• Improve operational consistency by implementing training system enhancements and process improvements
• Partner with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational goals
• Troubleshoot training systems and coordinate updates or improvements when necessary
• Manage training-related projects, timelines, and priorities independently
• Analyze operational and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
