Job Description
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production training, or related operational roles
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Ability to analyze data and documentation to resolve complex operational or training challenges
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex assignments or projects
• Experience developing or modifying processes, procedures, or training programs
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Associate’s degree or additional college coursework in a related field
• Experience working with training management systems or learning management platforms
• Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Trainer to support manufacturing operations by designing, implementing, and improving training systems for production teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees are properly trained, certified, and equipped to meet quality and operational standards.
The Production Trainer will work closely with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop effective training solutions, and implement improvements that strengthen workforce capability and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement structured training programs that support manufacturing operations and production personnel
• Identify workforce training gaps and recommend effective learning solutions
• Coordinate and manage training systems, certifications, and recurring training requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to training procedures and processes
• Improve and maintain quality systems by identifying and resolving training-related process issues
• Implement training system enhancements that improve efficiency and consistency across teams
• Support cross-functional initiatives that align training systems with broader business processes
• Troubleshoot automated training systems and coordinate system updates or improvements when necessary
• Plan and manage training-related projects, including establishing priorities and maintaining project schedules
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for training improvement
