Job Description

Required Education:
· HS Diploma/GED Minimum
· Bachelors Preferred

Required Skills & Experience:
· End User Training
· Instructional Design
· Documentation
· Training Instructions
· Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) tools
· Experience with the Degreed learning platform

Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Experience with generative AI tools/concepts

Senior Learning & Performance Consultant Summary:
· Responsible for more basic and/or specific training needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
· May incorporate instructional design tools and methodology
· Develops lesson plans
· Consult with the business area and/or project manager to clarify specific training needs and measure results
· Analyze course evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training and to implement suggestions for improvements
· May employ the use of the Learning Management System to deploy and manage training
· May develop documentation consistent with Information Mapping standards and methodology
