Job Description
Required Education
• BS/BA degree with 0+ years experience, or 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or user enablement—ideally within FinTech, financial services, or technology organizations

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage large and diverse groups of learners
• Ability to assist in creation of user friendly learning content
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to visualize and synthesize information for presentation materials
• Experience tracking completion of training
• Ability to work on-site full time in Nashville, TN

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Experience working in Agile or product based development environments
• Familiarity with financial operations workflows
• Experience designing global training programs across multiple regions or business units
• Proficiency with learning design tools (e.g., LRN or LMS platforms)

Overview:
The Training Team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high impact learning programs that enable employees to successfully adopt new FinTech systems, policies, and processes. A core part of this role is supporting transformation efforts that strengthen efficiency and operational excellence across Global Business Operations. The ideal candidate blends strong instructional design capabilities with an understanding of organizational change, ensuring that learning experiences are clear, engaging, and aligned to the needs of a diverse global audience. Working closely with GBO, Transformation, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams, the Training Manager ensures users are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transition smoothly into new ways of working.

Job Duties
• Help develop training strategies aligned to transformation objectives, user adoption goals, and implementation timelines
• Help conduct learning needs assessments to determine skill gaps, system knowledge requirements, and audience specific needs
• Collaborate with Transformation Managers to integrate training into broader change management plans
• Help create high quality training materials including instructor led content, e learning modules, job aids, video tutorials, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Translate technical and financial concepts into clear, intuitive learning experiences suitable for non technical audiences
• Help develop structured learning paths that support different roles, geographies, and functional needs across Global Business Operations
• Facilitate live training sessions that are interactive, user friendly, and aligned to adult learning principles
• Help manage training logistics, scheduling, readiness communications, and learner support
• Serve as a trusted trainer and subject matter liaison during system go lives, UAT cycles, and pilot rollouts
• Partner with IT, GBO, and Transformation teams to maintain an accurate understanding of system functionality, process changes, and user impacts
• Collaborate with business leads and change champions to promote training adoption and reinforce key messages
• Support leaders and managers in understanding their role in reinforcing new behaviors
• Gather learner feedback to continuously improve training design, delivery methods, and supporting materials
• Monitor adoption trends post implementation and identify opportunities for reinforcement training or additional enablement support

• Responsible for producing PowerPoint slide decks and turning meeting notes into presentation materials
• Written communication skills are a priority
• Experience creating learning materials and tracking completion of training is helpful
• Role supports program adoption for training coursework
