• Associate's degree

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
• Report to Procurement Center of Excellence project lead for all development, user testing, and approval of deliverables
• Utilize instructional design skills to design and develop e-Learning, instructor-led, and blended learning training modules for the Procurement Org audience
• Research, design, and develop technical training courses (topics include Contract Negotiations, Sourcing best practices, Cost savings, etc.)
• May manage multiple functional curricula, including design development, improvement, and maintenance
• Determine instructional strategies and develop measurable objectives for designing and assessing all training deliverables
• Maintain development of instructor-led training and e-Learning curricula, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and collaboration with learning partners for rollout/go live and implementation
• May work as part of a larger project team and work with multiple stakeholders. Will develop training design documents.
• Work with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives, scoping and planning of learning solutions, and the overall development of learning curricula
• Promptly identify issues for management follow-up as needed
• Deliverables:
• 10 courses with existing content, 1 hour or less (each), content not built from scratch, ready to go just need course test and Skillsoft ready packaging.
• If the budget remains, 5 brand new courses. Start to finish, total training time for Procurement employees of 1 hour or less (each); includes content creation, SME engagement, course test, and Skillsoft/SuccessFactors integration/collaboration with Edison Learning & development.

Required Skills/Attributes
• Ability to convert existing training materials (PowerPoint slides, word documents, pdfs, existing MyLearning procedure acknowledgement modules, etc.) into packaged
• MyLearning courses for SuccessFactors/Skillsoft while adding knowledge checkpoints (quiz questions, understanding checks).
• Ability to craft new training modules.

Desired Skills/Attributes
• Articulate 360 Rise experience
• Adobe Storyline experience
• Experience with Client MyLearning expectations/operations/platforms, specifically Edison Learning & Development (EL&D) a plus
• Experience with Procurement training courses/content
