Title: Workday System Trainer
Contract:6+ months
Location: Rochester, NY/Portland, ME/ Orange, CT/Augusta, ME/Binghamton NY/Boston, MA


Partner with Workday process owners at Client to identify knowledge needs, design and deliver training, and validate end user learner profiles.-Deliver and/or co-deliver instructor-led Workday training.-Leverage digital tools and technology to boost end user engagement with training content and delivery – including interactive videos, gamification, and instructor-led (virtual and in-person).-Maintain digital library of Workday training resources, including process maps for key people processes.-Manage real-time training logistics – including event scheduling, invitations, webinar technology, and learner attendance -Provide input and best practices to Workday training and change management strategy and to in-house trainers

- Associates Degree plus 5 years of relevant work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience training end users in the adoption of new technology platforms.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as video editing software and event platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, and similar.
- Workday and/or SAP experience preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and empathize with different learner audiences quickly and intuitively, and to design and deliver content accordingly.
- Aptitude for continuous improvement and new technologies, systems, and digital tools.
- Enthusiasm for change.
- Polished and engaging presentation skills.
