Job Description
Only qualified “Trainer” candidates located near the “Stuart, FL” area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent experience.
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of training or related experience
• Strong knowledge of call center operations
• Understanding of sales operations and medical billing workflows
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead motivate and coach employees
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
• Prepare training materials handouts and schedules for new hire classes
• Set up training space and audio visual equipment prior to sessions
• Conduct new hire and ongoing training sessions across business units
• Create and administer pre and post training assessments
• Develop and update training curriculum and materials
• Deliver training in formats suitable for different learning styles
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to improve training programs
• Track training progress and report results to leadership
• Support performance coaching and document employee development activities
• Ensure adherence to call center sales operations and medical billing processes
