Job Description
Required Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources, or related field.

Required Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems.
• Microsoft Excel – proficient to expert
• Veeva (LMS) or similar – proficient to expert
• Microsoft Word – proficient
• Microsoft Outlook – proficient to expert
• Microsoft PowerPoint – proficient to expert

Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Sound decision-making and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Required Experience:
• 2+ years in HSE or training administration roles.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and LMS platforms.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (e.g., medical devices).
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OSHA standards, and environmental reporting requirements.

Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Training teams. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance tracking, and coordination of safety initiatives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Training Administration
• Manage training records in the Learning Management System (LMS), Veeva.
•Review trainings requiring verification to ensure proper completion.
• Review and complete access or approval requests in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.
• Compile data on SOP vs. PowerPoint training assignments to assist in consolidating training requirements.
• Add quiz questions to trainings based on content.
• Communicate and follow up on overdue and upcoming training requirements.
• Manage training rosters and schedule training sessions.
• Prepare training reports for audits and management reviews.
• Assist in developing and updating training materials and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Liaise with external training providers and internal subject matter experts.

HSE Administration
• Collect and report health, safety, environmental, and training data for scheduled reports.
• Confirm completion of and follow up on various inspections.
• Communicate weekly inventories to scrap vendor.
• Assist in updating chemical inventory lists based on site reviews.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and assist with submissions.
• Assist with updating and maintaining emergency response contact lists.
• Generate on-demand reports from various data sources (LMS, Excel Pivot Tables).
• Provide additional support on projects and tasks, as needed.
