Job Description
Desired Education:

• High School



Required Qualifications:

• Ability to use assembly tools including power tools and mechanical machinery

• Experience in Create Test Procedures and Documents/ Paperwork.

• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

• Experience in fabrication production equipment Mathematical ability

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using spreadsheets and databases.

• Experience with Mechanical assembly with electronic background.



Job Responsibilities:

• (Quotation, purchasing, tracking/categorizing spend), (basic electronic background, Mechanical assembly (Drills, punches)), (Creation of BOMs, packing lists for shipping, crating equipment for shipment).

• We will instruct on specifics (how to work within SE flow) but background in these is what is needed some are easier than others to learn on the job.

• Aside from those someone who is self-motivated and independent will certainly answer questions, need someone who can organize and complete a task with minimal oversite.

• Purchasing - request for quotation of parts, equipment and other items needed for equipment fabrication - purchase items required to perform prototype and duplication of Test Equipment - make sure the value of the

items purchased are transferred to the proper facility when shipped.

• Tester Prototypes / Bed of Nails - Build from a rough draft of schematics/assembly drawings and work with designated documentation controllers for the release of documentation

• Create Bill of Materials - Construct Testers with the guidance of the Test Engineer / suggest enhancements to design that may ease future builds of tester

• Tester Release to Manufacturing Paperwork

• Create Test Procedures

• Create Preventative Maintenance Procedures

• Create Calibration Procedures Support of DVT Lab Testers / Bed of Nails Preventative Maintenance Coordinate Calibration of equipment

• Build / Maintain Computers within Testers Tester / Bed of Nails Prototype Shipment

• Identify & acquire necessary crate(s)

• Package Fixtures for Shipment - Create Packing Lists - Deliver Tester to Necessary Logistics Personnel Tester / Bed of Nails ECO - Perform ECO Changes to equipment in DVT Lab - Document ECO changes generated by

Test Engineers Tester Cables

• Build and Maintain Cable Sets for Testing both New and Legacy

• Products Qualifications: Assembly experience Ability to use assembly tools including power tools and mechanical machinery Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Experience fabrication production equipment

Mathematical ability Proficient written and verbal communication skills Experience using spreadsheets and databases.
