Job Description
Only qualified Scientific Ops Technologist candidates located near the Sparks Maryland area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.



Education:

• Bachelor’s degree not required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Associate’s degree scientific discipline preferred

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a regulated environment or relevant field

• Experience weighing and measuring raw materials pipetting filtration and dilution

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment



Requirement:

• Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products using production equipment

• Weigh measure and check raw materials to ensure proper batch composition

• Perform in process testing to ensure batches meet specifications

• Support validation of processes and equipment related to filtration cleaning and sterilization

• Handle removal and disposal of waste chemicals solvents and acids

• Prepare solutions powders and liquids according to batch requirements

• Provide training support for onboarding and new procedures

• Assist lead or supervisor with operational support as needed

• Recommend continuous improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiency

• Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP

• Adhere to all client housekeeping policies and procedures

• Follow all client safety policies and procedures

• Work weekend shift schedule and support overtime as required

• Operate independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication
