Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field

Required Experience / Skills
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required
• Experience creating, modifying, and reviewing product labels
• Hands-on experience with label creation software such as Prisym/PRISM, BarTender, NiceLabel, EasyLabel, Label Creator, or similar
• Experience with change control and controlled documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Medical device industry experience
• Experience with Zebra label printers and barcode verification equipment
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with CAD/SolidWorks
• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, PLM, or other quality/document control systems

Job Duties
• Create, modify, and maintain product labels using approved labeling systems and software
• Support labeling change control, verification, and production implementation
• Operate and troubleshoot label printers and related equipment as needed
• Review labeling, drawings, specifications, SOPs, Work Instructions, and technical documents for accuracy and consistency
• Maintain labeling and technical documentation in PLM/document control systems
• Coordinate labeling activities, approvals, and deliverables with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Participate in project meetings, problem-solving activities, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and documentation requirements
