Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MITA, CMS conditions and standards, and HCBS waiver oversight.
• Experience working with state Medicaid agencies and oversight entities.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
Role Summary
The CMS Certification Lead is responsible for ensuring the ConneXion system meets all applicable CMS conditions, MITA standards, and Medicaid certification requirements. This role provides leadership for certification planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and audit readiness throughout implementation and system lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead CMS certification strategy and activities, including planning, documentation, and reviews.
• Ensure system design and implementation align with CMS HCBS waiver assurances and federal requirements.
• Coordinate with Client to support certification milestones.
• Develop and maintain required CMS documentation, artifacts, and compliance evidence.
• Support CMS reviews, audits, and certification-related inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure system updates maintain ongoing compliance.
• Advise project leadership on certification risks and mitigation strategies. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
