Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of IM/IT experience
• Demonstrated experience with data migrations (Extract-Transform-Load)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• Experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of SSIS packages (5 years)
• Experience in SQL with complex query design (5 years)
• Experience working with multiple development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall (5 years)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with strong time management and prioritization skills (5 years)
• Ability to understand, follow, and improve team processes and workflows (5 years)
• Experience working within multi-vendor teams (5+ years)
SSIS Developer Overview:
The SSIS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to support enterprise data migration and transformation needs. The role focuses on building and maintaining ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services while ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability. The developer will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contribute to the successful delivery of data-related initiatives. Responsibilities include working with complex data structures, developing efficient queries, and supporting data integration efforts across systems. The role also requires adherence to established development processes and the ability to contribute to ongoing process improvements while delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for data integration and migration
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, including complex query design
• Support data migration (ETL) processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Work within various development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Follow and contribute to team processes and continuous improvements
