Job Description
***Only qualified Technical Architect candidates located near Plano, TX; Bothell, WA; or Alpharetta, GA to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***

Required Education:
• Preferred Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics; or equivalent experience.

Preferred License/Certification:
• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is a plus.

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
• Business Support Systems for Telecommunications experience
• Solutions Architecture Modeling experience
• Event Driven Architecture experience
• SPARX Enterprise Architect experience
• TMForum based standards experience
• 6+ years of Solution Architecture experience with large-scale Telecommunications Business Support Systems (BSS).
• Expertise in designing scalable cloud-native, SaaS, and microservices-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms to enhance automation, customer experience, and business intelligence.
• Deep understanding of BSS domains, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and digital transformation initiatives.

Desired Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
• TOGAF (preferred)
• Mobility Architecture (preferred)
• Experience with TM Forum standards and enterprise architecture methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native, and SaaS-based BSS solutions.
• Lead AI/ML integration initiatives to automate workflows and improve customer experiences.
• Implement AI/ML use cases including dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and real-time recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Define and execute modernization strategies including legacy migration and domain-driven design.
• Design and promote domain-centric, event-driven architectures.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and ensure security, scalability, compliance, and ethical AI implementation.
• Mentor solution architects and cross-functional teams while promoting innovation and AI adoption.
