Tax Consultant 5
Contract: 9+ months
Location: Springfield, MA (ONSITE 100%)

Duties:
· Support tax functions and special projects related to Payroll and Non-Payroll withholding for a large multi-state employer.
· Filing Federal 941 and 945 tax forms
· Filing quarterly and annual state/local withholding reconciliations
· Reconciling quarter and annual withholding tax deposits
· Knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations.

Required Skills:
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work independently
· Experience navigating state tax websites
· Extensive Excel knowledge – formulas, lookups, pivot tables
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience with Workday, SAP and SOVOS is a plus.

Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
