Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Advanced degree or additional certification in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends.
• High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.
Client’s Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for developing diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract the most competitive talent both internally and externally to ensure client’s continued success in payments innovation. This is an individual contributor position and will manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams.
Services within client is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Job Duties
• Lead and deliver a seamless recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing to closing to attract and secure top product talent.
• Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
• Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
• Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions.
• Promote and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, and product hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
• Manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams.
