Required Education



• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.



Required Skills



• 3+ years of professional-level recruiting experience.

• End-to-end/full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and preliminary onboarding.

• Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.

• Ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract passive candidates.

• Strong relationship-building, communication, networking, and consultation skills.

• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, HR professionals, and other stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and communicate business priorities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruiting priorities.

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and functional areas.

• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Job Duties



• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

• Manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer presentation/negotiation, and preliminary onboarding.

• Proactively source qualified candidates and develop strong talent pipelines for critical positions.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods to identify and engage prospective candidates.

• Build and maintain candidate networks to support current and future hiring needs.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to complement traditional recruiting channels.

• Thoroughly pre-screen candidates and present high-quality candidate slates to hiring managers.

• Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

• Support and implement recruiting strategies and initiatives.

• Ensure an inclusive candidate pool throughout the recruiting process.

• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure job descriptions are clear, marketable, and aligned with position requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, and talent-pipeline development.

• Share recruiting best practices with team members and HR stakeholders.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop solutions for hard-to-fill positions.

• Ensure recruiting and selection processes are conducted in a values-based, compliant, and defensible manner.

• Maintain accurate recruiting and selection documentation.

• Stay current with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee selection.

• Participate in or lead projects focused on recruiting and process improvement.

• Participate in career events, community outreach, and job fairs as required.

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters supporting STEM and other technical talent areas.

• Adapt quickly to different recruiting disciplines and changing business needs.



Job Requirements



• Hybrid work arrangement — 3 days per week in the office.

• Must be comfortable proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying solely on applicants.

• LinkedIn Recruiter license will be provided.

• Must be able to support multiple technical and STEM-related recruiting areas.
