Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.
This is an individual contributor position and will manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver a seamless recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing to closing to attract and secure top product talent.
• Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
• Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
• Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions.
• Promote and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, and product hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
