Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience managing recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding

• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Strong experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels

• Experience reviewing resumes, conducting candidate screenings, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies

• Strong relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills



Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Workday ATS experience

• Experience supporting diversity recruiting initiatives

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned business groups. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this individual will partner closely with HR leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding activities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through onboarding

• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs and develop ideal candidate profiles

• Source, attract, and engage diverse candidate pipelines using creative and data-driven recruiting strategies

• Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, and organizational fit

• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments

• Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers

• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate a seamless interview process

• Extend employment offers and guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Build relationships with internal and external talent communities

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, reduce hiring costs, and enhance recruitment processes

• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts

• Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional candidate experience

• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure successful hiring outcomes
