***Only qualified System Software Programmer – Consultant candidates located near the Columbia SC area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Frontend frameworks (React Angular or similar modern component -based framework)
• Backend languages (Nodejs Python Java or similar server-side technologies)
• API Development (RESTful services GRAPHQL and versioning)
• Database expertise (SQL and NoSQL)
• DevOps fundamentals
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Experience in software development (8+ years)
• Strong hands-on experience in full stack development and UI engineering (4+ years)
• Proven experience in leading teams or projects (4+ years)
The client seeks resources to assist projects that aims to enhance the user experience and system functionality by updating the frontend UI and extending backend services. This includes new interface components, API enhancements, data model updates, and integration improvements to support the updated workflows.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack UI Developer with 10+ years of expertise in both front-end and backend development along with proven technical leadership capabilities
• Front-End Development (UI)
• Design and develop responsive scalable and high-performance UI applications
• Build modern web applications using React Angular or Vuejs
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean maintainable code
• Implement state management (Redux NgRx Context API etc)
• Ensure performance optimization accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
• Establish and enforce UI coding standards and best practices
• Backend Development
• Design and implement RESTful APIs / Microservices
• Develop backend services using Python and Java
• Handle authentication and authorization (OAuth JWT)
• Design and manage database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Ensure scalability reliability and security of backend systems
• Full Stack Responsibilities
• Work across the stack for end-to-end feature development
• Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across layers
