Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma/GED - Required

• Associate’s degree - Required or 2-year trade/military school - Required



Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 Years of designing/drafting Experience - Preferred

• Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within single technical discipline. Required

• Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks, and plans daily activities accordingly.

• Develops creative solutions to challenging problems.



Overview:

This is a position that provides advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.



Key Tasks:

• Proficient in the application of a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a single Client technical discipline (Mechanical, QA, V&V, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing.

• Possesses the technical skills and knowledge to function effectively in a second technical discipline, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and project outcomes.

• Proactively seeks assignments and works to identify breadth of tasks. May take lead role in selected technical activities.

• Demonstrates proficiency with analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within the primary technical discipline, including the application of Instron testing.

• May provide guidance to designers/technicians.

o May include training, mentoring or coaching.

• Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff.

• Provides input and may participate in recruiting and selecting teams.

• Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary
