Job Description
Minimum Education Requirements

Bachelor's in engineering + 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced engineering degree + 2 years



Required Qualifications

V&V test experience for complex products

Systems thinking and structured problem solving

Applied statistics and experimental design

Electro-mechanical, software-controlled systems (medical device experience preferred)

Agile/iterative product development

Requirements/test management tools (DOORS, ALM, Jama, Polarion, Codebeamer)

Data analysis tools (Minitab, R, Python, MATLAB)

Dashboards (Monday.com, Power BI, Smartsheet)

Self-starter with strong ownership



Role Overview

The contractor will support the Acute Therapies V&V team, focusing on system-level, integration, and hardware-level testing. The role emphasizes:

Defining and executing test strategies

Developing V&V documentation (plans, protocols, reports, traceability matrices)

Applying statistics (DOE, ANOVA, Capability Analysis) to characterize performance

Driving continuous improvement and alternative verification approaches

Investigating failures and driving defects to resolution

Communicating findings to cross-functional teams
