Job Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data / Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
• Master’s degree in computer science, Data / Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Integration Engineer
Strong ability to gather requirements and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
• Comfortable managing workflows and request pipelines
• Skilled at balancing user needs and technical possibilities
• Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills
• Organized, collaborative, clear communicator, proactive and motivated by helping teams
• Deliver high-quality solutions
• Learn by doing - hands-on experimentation and iteration
• Embrace resilience - turn challenges into learning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in the area is desired, but not mandatory: data/analytics engineering, BI dashboard development, analytical reporting and analysis, automotive or IoT product / software development, product development coordination, technical project management
• Experience gained through internships or college-related projects is also valued

Role And Responsibilities:
• As a BI Integration Engineer, you serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, domain experts and technical teams. You help gather user needs, manage incoming requests, create early design concepts and ensure dashboard and AI initiatives move forward smoothly and cohesively.
• Develop user-experience guidelines to promote consistency in our dashboards.
• Build initial dashboard concepts to support early alignment with users.
• Interview users and document current dashboards to support improvement plans.
• Manage incoming BI requests and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into their status.
• Turn business needs into clear technical requirements for BI and AI teams.
• Collaborate with CSE stakeholders to ensure expectations and criteria are aligned.
• Work closely with domain experts to validate metrics and definitions.
• Coordinate efforts between the dashboard and AI initiatives to avoid duplication and ensure alignment.
