Qualification:
• B.S. Electrical Engineering or other Engineering discipline
Experience:
• 5-7 years as an Embedded Systems engineer
Job Description:
• Expertise in requirements engineering, including functional decomposition of feature-level requirements into algorithmic and system-level specifications
• Ability to act as a technical owner of automotive Occupant Sensing features, driving clarity and system coherence across algorithms, software, hardware, and testing teams.
• Ability to analyze, understand, explain, and communicate model architectures, data flows, state machines, and fault strategies
• Perform requirement analysis, system architecture, and feature development
• Capability to review and challenge design decisions, identify gaps, and ensure technical robustness at the system level
• Experience with requirements Management tools like DOORS, Polarion, and architecture management tools like Enterprise Architect/Rhapsody
• Communication, Diagnostic (UDS ISO14229) and network layers of various serial communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, SENT)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as oscilloscopes, Vector CAN Analysers/CANoe, etc
• Structured problem-solving tools (5Y, Fish Bone)
• Vehicle network topology, Over the Air (OTA), HW schematics understanding and debugging skills.
• Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)
• Knowledge and understanding of Functional Safety and automotive Cyber Security - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
