• 8 years (Required): Hands-on experience administering Snowflake platform (DBA/Admin role).
• 8 years (Required): Experience implementing RBAC and enterprise data access governance.
• 8 years (Required): Experience integrating SSO solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint).
• 8 years (Required): Experience enabling and supporting Snowflake Cortex AI features, including governance and monitoring.
• 8 years (Required): Experience designing and managing roles, privileges, and user provisioning aligned with IAM processes.
• 8 years (Required): Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using DBT.
• 8 years (Required): Experience integrating Snowflake with workflow/orchestration tools (e.g., Openflow).
• 8 years (Required): Experience monitoring and optimizing Snowflake warehouse performance, costs, and query execution.
• 8 years (Required): Experience implementing security controls such as encryption, data masking, and audit monitoring.

Summary:
• Experienced Snowflake Administrator responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing the Snowflake data platform in alignment with business objectives.
• Works closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and implement scalable, cost effective data and analytics capabilities.
• Enables advanced analytics and AI use cases leveraging Snowflake Cortex, while ensuring robust data governance, security, and performance across environments.
• Supports enterprise data operations through automation, orchestration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Understand business objectives, identify problems, and evaluate alternative solutions through feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis.
• Analyze user requirements, workflows, and operational procedures to design or improve automated data processing systems.
• Collaborate with business units to gather input/output requirements, reporting formats, and data processing needs.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
• Assess system capabilities, constraints, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of changes.
• Administer and optimize the Snowflake platform, ensuring availability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and enterprise data governance policies.
• Configure and manage SSO integrations (e.g., Okta, SailPoint) aligned with IAM standards.
• Enable and govern Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities, including monitoring AI usage and performance.
• Design and manage roles, privileges, and user provisioning following enterprise security models.
• Build and support data pipelines and transformations using DBT.
• Integrate Snowflake with orchestration tools (e.g., Openflow) for workflow automation.
• Monitor warehouse performance, query efficiency, and cost usage; recommend optimizations.
• Implement and maintain security controls including encryption, masking, and auditing.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and AI teams to deliver data and analytics solutions.
