Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• 8 years of experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years of experience in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• At least 2 years of experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
• 1 year of experience with Jira.
• 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
• 1 year of experience with STAT.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to join the dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Asset Management modules and be capable of serving as a backup for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Supplier Contracts modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirement analysis and review meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Document complex system requirements, processes, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
• Perform hands-on testing and support multiple test cycles.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse team using remote collaboration tools.
• Estimate work, set deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently.
