Required Education:



• High School Diploma or equivalent required



Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting user access provisioning and identity lifecycle management

• Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles and least-privilege security models

• Experience conducting user access reviews and access certification activities

• Understanding of audit and compliance requirements, including SOX controls

• Ability to analyze and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts

• Strong troubleshooting skills related to access management and authentication issues

• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, or similar environments

• Exposure to internal or external audit processes

• Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments



Job Summary:



The System Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring users have appropriate system access based on their job responsibilities while maintaining compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements. This role supports identity and access management processes, user access governance, audit readiness, and security compliance initiatives. The analyst works closely with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient access management environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete user access lifecycle, including account provisioning, modifications, transfers, and de-provisioning activities

• Ensure access permissions align with least-privilege security principles and organizational policies

• Partner with business leaders and data owners to define and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structures

• Coordinate and facilitate periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) and certification campaigns

• Generate reports, collect approvals, and maintain documentation for compliance purposes

• Respond to internal and external audit requests by gathering logs, reports, and supporting evidence

• Monitor and identify Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and implement remediation measures

• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, authentication issues, and permission discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of access management activities

• Support ongoing security and compliance initiatives to ensure audit readiness and operational effectiveness
