Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
-Carries out customer parts counter duties under moderate supervision, including receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, completing all paperwork and processing it accordingly, and handling cash, check, and credit card transactions.
-Maintains a favorable relationship with internal and external customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner. Escalates customer issues to more senior parts personnel or supervisor when needed.
-Maintains a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and parts warehouse.
-Supports other parts personnel in sourcing and locating complex parts requests or finding alternatives under moderate or direct supervision.
-Utilizes various systems, catalogs, other resources, and collaborates with technicians to identify and procure parts in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.

-This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse and inventory functions, including putting away inventory, pulling and processing orders, packing orders, and handling shipping and receiving activities.
-The role will also involve breaking down large stock orders and properly stocking inventory, pulling pick tickets, and staging orders for delivery to trucks.
-A valid driver's license is required, as the position may occasionally involve driving locally to pick up parts.
