Job Description

Required Skills:
• Highly customer-obsessed
• Highly detailed and organized
• Familiar with call listening, case research and review
• Experience using multiple system interfaces /OS (Sherlock, Salesforce, Amazon Connect)

Duties:
• Support our Executive Resolutions Managers (ERMs) with basic customer case triage, investigative, and research to close out executive customer escalations
