Job Description
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience

Minimum Experience:
• Must have knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
• Prior experience with SAP.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with customer support or account management is preferred

Key Accountabilities
• Assist with processing sales orders in SAP in accordance with established policies and procedures. Communicate with dealers through email, phone, fax, and other communication channels. Process credits, debits, and returns as needed.
• Logistics: Support field staff and dealers by coordinating with freight providers regarding delivery inquiries and logistics-related concerns. Assist with researching delivery discrepancies and locating missing units when necessary.
• Order Support: Review open orders and identify items that may require updates or follow-up. Complete dealer order transfers for new dealer accounts.
• Sales Registration Errors and Duplicate MSO requests: Work with dealers to help resolve sales registration and warranty registration discrepancies. Provide support to dealers and AHFC in obtaining replacement sales documents, including MSOs and invoices.

Job Overview:
The Dealer Services Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of Dealer Services, including order processing for multiple order types, data maintenance, reporting, and documentation. The position assists with resolving order-related issues, ensures accurate and timely processing of dealer transactions, and provides limited day-to-day support to dealers and field staff. The role also serves as a backup point of contact for dealer and field communications as well as special sales, when primary coverage is unavailable.
