• Enterprise AV Systems Support & Troubleshooting Experience supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise AV technologies, conferencing systems, control platforms, and integrated room solutions.
• AV Lifecycle & Asset Management Experience maintaining AV asset inventories, tracking equipment lifecycle and refresh schedules, documenting upgrades, and supporting technology standardization efforts.
• AV Infrastructure & Integrations Working knowledge of AV hardware, software, Windows/Mac environments, networking fundamentals (LAN/WLAN/WAN), and third-party AV vendor integrations
Overview:
• Provides operational support for Audio-Visual (AV) systems used across conference rooms, meeting spaces, events, and business functions.
• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting AV hardware, software, and integrated technologies to ensure reliable service and an excellent user experience.
• Supports AV lifecycle management through equipment tracking, refresh planning, standards documentation, and historical reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for AV incidents, service requests, and system issues. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment, control systems, conferencing technologies, and integrated solutions.
• Install, configure, and support AV hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Support conference rooms, meeting spaces, executive events, and special technology requests.
• Perform software, firmware, and system updates in accordance with established maintenance schedules.
• Assist with AV system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh initiatives.
• Maintain AV asset inventory, technology standards, room profiles, and lifecycle documentation.
• Track equipment age, supportability, warranty status, refresh history, and technology roadmaps.
• Provide historical analysis and reporting on AV equipment upgrades, refresh activities, and standards compliance to support annual planning and budgeting. Support the execution of the AV refresh calendar and annual lifecycle management process.
• Work with internal IT teams, vendors, and third-party integrators to support implementations and resolve technical issues.
• Document configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, operational standards, and support activities.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Participate in change management, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
