Duties: The Acquisition Team, within the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new Experiences supply for Client. We ideate, prototype, and deliver new hosted Experiences that grow Client business, develop and steward the creative vision for Host acquisition and curation initiatives, and collaborate with current and new types of Hosts to create exceptional hosted experiences that foster human connection in our shared physical world.



The Difference You Will Make:

The Supply Manager, Acquisition - Experiences brings on high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts. You will focus your time and efforts researching, curating, sourcing, and organizing the supply acquisition funnel. This workstream is responsible for ensuring the project is supported with coordinating needed information, schedules, data, communicating and supporting with vendors, reporting on status updates, and supporting presentations for the Supply Acquisition Leads.

This creative, organized and passionate individual will support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.



Skills: Examples Deliverables:

Project Coordination & Execution – Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and action items; track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation (briefs, schedules, resource plans). Support and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, notes, and milestones are up to date.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Facilitate communication across teams, leadership, and external vendors. Oversee contracts, vendor performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Provide regular updates and proactively address blockers.

Industry Trends & Innovation – Stay current on entertainment and travel industry trends; contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and stay competitive. Develop presentations to showcase new supply opportunities and research.

Inclusivity & Team Engagement – Promote a respectful and inclusive environment. Support vendor training and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems and processes. Assist vendors with ongoing training and data management in Salesforce.

Quality & Experience Oversight – Attend at least three experiences monthly to assess and improve supply quality. Ensure leads meet quality standards and align with project goals. Conduct outreach and sourcing for potential experience hosts when needed.

Your Expertise:

6+ years in project, event, or experiential production and coordination.

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in creative, event, or hospitality-related fields.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects from start to finish, with attention to detail.

AAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities.

Capable of generating innovative ideas for entertainment and travel experiences.

Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.

Proficient in project management tools and quick to learn new technologies.
