Job Description
Required Qualifications:



• Experience supporting warehouse and production operations within a supply chain environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Experience leading or supporting process improvement and Lean initiatives.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.



Required Technical Skills:



• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

• Power BI dashboard creation and reporting.

• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.



Responsibilities:



• Analyze supply chain and warehouse data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports.

• Support ERP system administration and master data management.

• Implement Lean material flow strategies across warehouse and production operations.

• Create and maintain standard work instructions for materials teams.

• Own warehouse layouts and support material flow optimization.

• Set up new parts for warehouse and production line operations.

• Define delivery methods based on production forecasts.

• Support receiving, material handling, and warehouse teams.

• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
