Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
• At least 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a business partnership finance role.
• Experience in CPG is advantageous, otherwise strong learning agility is critical.
• Strong understanding and experience of financial planning, analysis, and financial operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.

• Ability to effectively influence without authority, and build trust in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Drive for results and Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
This role works closely with the E2E Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain Finance Leaders to consolidate month end reporting, drive forecasting and budgeting and ensures that the information is accurate. The position seeks out best practices to make the process efficient and effective, working closely with the MSNA FP&A team.
Responsibilities:
• Business Partnering: Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing supply chain spend across all areas.
• Key stakeholders will be Supply Chain Finance and MSNA FP&A teams.
• Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across reporting platforms and systems.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Oversee and manage the financial planning processes for supply chain finance including leading the AEP and IVCP processes for Supply Chain Finance.
• Performance Monitoring: Lead executive level financial reporting, providing insights and support for operational decision making. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
