Job Description
Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills:
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Supply chain and depot operations
• Data analysis and reporting
• Cross-functional communication
• Problem-solving and process improvement

Preferred Skills:
• SAP inventory management
• STO/STR processing

Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and manage STOs, stock transfers, and inventory transactions in SAP
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and material adjustments
• Monitor service parts, FRU, and safety stock levels
• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements across plants and depots
• Manage backorders and support material availability
• Partner with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Service Operations, and GQO teams to resolve inventory and material issues
• Analyze inventory trends and identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with SAP transaction and inventory control procedures
