Job Description
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in export customer service, logistics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with SAP Business Intelligence (Business Objects)
- Exposure to international business environments
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments

Experience Desired (1 Sentence)
- 2+ years of experience in export logistics, customer service, or international shipping operations supporting cross-functional teams.

Role Overview
This is an entry-level coordinator role within the Export Logistics Specialist team, serving as the primary liaison between Honda and its export distributors. The position supports daily shipping operations, transportation coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely delivery and high service levels for export customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipping operations, including execution, tracking, and reporting
- Work cross-functionally with logistics, customs, regulatory, and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and regulatory requirements
- Manage shipment planning, transportation coordination, and customs clearance
- Support customer communication, including ETA updates, delays, and escalations
- Process claims documentation and coordinate with quality teams on returns
- Generate monthly reports, customer profiles, and participate in customer meetings
- Assist with continuous process improvements and special projects
