Education & Experience:
• Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree: Flexible; preference for Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or general Engineering backgrounds.
• Experience Acceptance: Internships count toward years of experience.
• Comparable Past Roles: Buyer, Supply Chain Analyst, Design Engineer.
Top 3 Critical Skills:
1. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and process execution is non-negotiable.
2. Execution Focus in Fast-Paced Environment: Must be a "doer" who can drive tasks to completion under time pressure.
3. Agility & Prioritization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize requests from multiple leaders.
Desired:
o Salesforce Experience: Specifically, the ability to create reports, dashboards, and contribute to system enhancements.
o Industry Experience: In electronics, specifically semiconductors and/or connectors (components/subcomponents).

Detailed Task Breakdown & Responsibilities
• Provide direct administrative and purchasing request support to 2 Category Managers within the RISM category space.
• Support the Sr. Manager with workload management, reporting, and staff meeting coordination (e.g., agendas, minutes, action item tracking).
• Assist T1 category buyers with urgent supply requests, acting as a crucial backup resource.
• Ensure timely record keeping and drive process enhancements within the Salesforce environment.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting requirements, working in close coordination with Business Resources.
• Daily interaction with the semiconductor category team in Irving, TX.
• Active participation in assurance of supply meetings with various category teams.
• Engage with electronics design control engineering teams on topics like Last Time Buys (LTB) and supply resiliency buffers.
Disqualifiers / Red Flags
• Overqualification: A candidate with significantly more senior experience (e.g., a long-tenured Sr. Manager applying for this support contract role) may be a red flag for lack of role fit or longevity.
• Lack of Core Skills: Inability to demonstrate concrete examples of attention to detail, execution in fast-paced settings, or supporting multiple stakeholders should be carefully considered.
