Required Education:

• High School or Equivalent.



Preferred Education:

• Engineering Degree preferred.



Required Experience:

• Engineering design, creating workflows for international lanes, being able to optimize transit times

• Strong presentation skills for meeting with Stakeholders/ Leaders, International Commerce Exp,

• Strong skills in Excel/ Reports



Required Skills:

• Strong project leadership skills; well organized and disciplined.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

• Fluent in English, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.

• Project management knowledge.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.



Preferred Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is great, as most of the team works in Mexico



Position Overview:

• Client invites you to join the Logistics Transformation team in a Supply Chain Flow/Projects role. The mission of this position is to develop flow projects on a global level/support other projects related to transportation with a key focus on improving domestic (North American) supply chain flows.



Job Responsibilities

• Support flow optimization projects and drive measurable business impact in lead time, inventory, transportation, and CO2 reduction.

• Support transportation-related projects on both a domestic and global level.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain Planning, IT, Finance, and others.

• Escalate issues, resolve constraints, and help prepare the organization for flow changes.

• Prepare and communicate project progress and benefits.

• Prepare status updates for flow projects to support LRI Logistic Revision reviews and KPI tracking.

• Participate or lead in flow workshops.
