Job Description
Education:
Degree – High School Diploma

Required Skills:
• Knowledge of GMP environment
• Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
• Top 3 Skills – Attendance and Punctuality. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Communication.

Description:
Work in a newly built state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing facility. Have the opportunity to learn Materials Management operations in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Handle the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities
• Receive incoming shipments of non -GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to the warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate
• Cross-train in additional areas of the warehouse operations
• Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (Excluding Patient Material )
• Ensure individual employee training is up-to-date
• Adhere to al l safety procedures and keep the warehouse operation clean and inspection-ready
• Complete in-house forklift certification
• Additional duties as assigned
• These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
