Job Description
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a data entry, supply chain, logistics, or related analytical role

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, supply chain, inventory, logistics, or a related analytical role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP , XLOOKUP
• Data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of inventory data and SKUs
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Must successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with planning systems such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar ERP/planning platforms
• Experience in the food, beverage, or beer industry
• Knowledge of inventory planning, purchasing, forecasting, and supply chain operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support daily supply chain operations through supplier portal management, purchase order processing, inventory analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate supply data, tracking inbound orders, analyzing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely communication between suppliers and operations teams. This role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter forecasted orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments accurately and on time
• Maintain supplier portals and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Track inbound shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure appointments are met
• Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery dates
• Determine pallet weights and truck capacities for shipment planning
• Analyze inventory, sales, and forecasting data to identify discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain variance reports comparing: Ordered vs. received quantities & Forecast vs. sales
• Actual inventory vs. target inventory levels
• Update internal systems with inventory changes, item numbers, and shipment anomalies
• Partner with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records
• Generate reports and provide analytical support for supply chain planning and inventory management
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across multiple business applications

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong Excel user with advanced lookup and reporting skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large datasets and inventory information
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or demand planning is highly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Blue Yonder is a plus
