Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or Minimum of three or more years relevant professional experience

Required Skills
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards and WMS systems is a plus
• Comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process and the ability to analyze and optimize it
• 2+ years of Experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and can work with an appreciable amount of latitude
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication & superior collaboration skills
• Must be able to work within a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively problem solve
• Proactive and innovative

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain strong relationship with third-party (3PL) suppliers to optimize performance, resolve issues and develop improvement strategies to sustain Best in Class performance
• Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and dashboards to track performance
• Analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help improve supply chain operations
• Identify and implement process improvements, regularly reviewing supply chain processes, and suggesting ways to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Help core teams on the management of program/project requirements, scope, activities, and milestones related to supply chain
• Lead standard program/project management items, priorities, and capacity needs related to supply chain
• Provide recommendations with the build-out of internal processes and procedures to support supply chain strategy
• Update and maintain models in Microsoft Office Products, and scenario-based planning models & systems integration
• Performs other duties as assigned
