Job Description
The Worldwide Logistics SCOPE team (Supply Chain, Outbound, Packaging, Emissions) is looking for an analytically driven Program Manager to support initiatives across our portfolio of programs. In this role, you will dig into complex datasets, surface insights, and translate findings into clear outputs that inform program decisions. You will own your deliverables within defined workstreams, manage your own work independently, and communicate findings clearly across teams and levels. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity in data, and brings enough program management foundation to operate without close direction.

Required Education and Experience Level:

• Undergraduate degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience

Key qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with comfort working through large, ambiguous datasets to find patterns, answer business questions, and size opportunities; proficiency in Excel or Numbers required

• Ability to turn incomplete or unstructured data into clear, actionable outputs using Desktop business intelligence applications (e.g. Tableau, Tableau Prep)

• Familiarity with Desktop generative AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels

• Self-directed and adaptable, operating independently in fast-paced environments

• Able to manage and organize their own workload and deliverables with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in sustainability, supply chain, or logistics

• Familiarity with advanced data analysis (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib etc.)

• Data visualization tools are a plus

General Responsibilities:

• Navigate large, ambiguous datasets to answer business questions, identify trends, and size opportunities within assigned program areas

• Engage with internal and external partners to source, structure, and standardize new data objects to unlock exploratory insights and identify strategic opportunities

• Build analyses and translate findings into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders and program reviews

• Contribute to materials and content for leadership updates as needed

• Manage own deliverables and workload within assigned initiatives with minimal direction

• Support ad hoc analytical needs across program tracks as they arise
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
