Job Description

*** This role is supporting NVIDIA ***

We are seeking a detail-oriented Memory Planning Contractor to support our Memory Planning team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of procurement activities, maintaining the integrity of our memory inventory data, and building the analytical tools necessary to navigate the high-volatility memory market.

Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain planning, procurement operations, or materials planning.

• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools is preferred.

• Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or electronics supply chains

Key responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Lifecycle Management (PO/NVPN)

• PO Placement & Management: Execute and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for DRAM, NAND, and storage modules, ensuring alignment with vendor lead times and pricing agreements.

• NVPN Creation: Lead the setup of New Vendor Part Numbers (NVPN) within the ERP system (SAP/Oracle). This includes mapping internal specifications to vendor-specific attributes to ensure seamless receiving and invoicing.

• ECO Coordination: Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as memory procurement type changes or lifecycle status shift, ensuring the system reflects the most current hardware revisions.

2. Supply & Demand Intelligence

• Data Refresh Cycles: Maintain a rigorous schedule for refreshing Supply vs. Demand datasets. You will pull real-time supply commits data and overlay it against projected forecasts.

• Shortage Mitigation: Monitor AVC reports to identify potential memory gaps early, allowing the team to secure buffer stock in an allocated market.

• Inventory Reconciliation: Track OH stock levels and identify excess inventory based on overall supply constraint to direct the right product remix decision.

3. Data Validation & Integrity

• Audit Trail Maintenance: Perform regular "sanity checks" on master data and maintain the supply and demand waterfall

4. Dashboarding & Tool Development

• Visualization: Build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) to populate demand and supply views across different platforms

• Process Automation: Develop macros or scripts to streamline the "Data Refresh" process, reducing manual entry and the risk of human error.

• Executive Reporting: Create concise weekly summaries of supply health to be used in executive meetings
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
