• Top Daily Responsibilities: OR case planning, Inventory Management, Ordering soft goods and implants for surgeries, order follow up and reconciliation.
• Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: Experience in a healthcare environment with specific knowledge of Operating Room medical/ surgical products preferred. Professional certification such as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred. Significant knowledge of products/services and their market environment within the scope of Client procurement and logistics programs preferred.
• Job Description: Responsible for performing all sourcing/procurement activities for the assigned categories of spend. Identifies and develops supplier relationships. Effectively negotiates contracts and long term procurement agreements. In addition, participates in change management programs to establish processes and procedures. Experienced in supply chain management and operational challenges. These activities are expected to realize significant efficiencies and cost savings. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience using a formal strategic sourcing methodology required. Excellent analytical skills including spend analysis required. Experience Level: BA or BS required plus minimum. ENTER YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
