Description:

Duties: The role of Shared Services Specialist will be shared between the ''Supplier Outreach Team'' and the Purchasing Team. The GTM''s daily duties will be split evenly between the two teams. For Supplier Outreach, GTM''s will be responsible for providing Level 1 support, onboarding new suppliers, and supporting existing suppliers. TM will answer questions via phone, e-mail in the Coupa Supplier Portal while staying in accordance with established department response times. For the Purchasing portion of this job role, GTM''s will be responsible for placing daily medication orders for clinics across the country, requiring a fine eye for detail.

Communicate with internal departments and/or vendors to resolve teammate account issues Analyze support-tracking data to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to general ordering or Oracle iProcurement; suggest solutions; notify management; implement corrective actions as approved GTM''s will be responsible for managing a shared inbox for the Supplier Outreach Team.
