Job Description
education:
• Bachelor’s or similar degree in Supply Chain, business, operations management or related science field required, MBA preferred.
Experience and Abilities:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of Sourcing experience in IT and SAAS categories
• 3+ years in roles in sourcing/negotiations/supplier management.
• 3+ years relevant experience with IT and Software categories.
• Experienced in negotiating and reviewing/redlining business terms Software License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statement of Work
• Ability to manage large complex projects including managing to a project timeline, ensuring quality deliverables, effective communication and project risk management
• Experience in strategic sourcing methodologies and working knowledge of the procurement function
• Effective negotiation skills
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across all level of the organization
• Strong computer, e-auction and systems literacy
• Customer (internal/external) Centric
