Required Skills

Job Duties

• Review and validate sourcing requests from stakeholders

• Ensure required information and compliance elements are in place

• Conduct vendor risk assessments

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms

• Run sourcing events (RFPs/bids) when required

• Execute purchase orders and assist with invoice issue resolution

• Manage supplier performance and recovery plans

• Maintain nuclear contract records and documentation (life-of-plant retention)

• Understand and document business requirements

• Identify and vet potential vendors

• Formalize agreements according to company policy

• Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms and specifications

• Identify and realize opportunities for cost reduction

• Participate in internal control processes

Job Description

This role is intended to supplement the manager’s existing sourcing team and perform the same functions as current team members, rather than supporting a single defined project. The resource will support large capital and onsite services projects for the nuclear fleet, managing end to end strategic sourcing activities including intake review, contract development, sourcing events, negotiations, execution, and post award contract management.

Highly collaborative. The individual is expected to independently manage their workload and backlog, proactively communicate gaps, and build strong internal and external relationships. Self-direction and accountability are critical.



Role requires enhanced background screening:

• Corporate screening plus nuclear data access screening required

• Drug testing required and potential for random testing

• Candidate must be U.S. citizen/domestic to pass export control requirements

• No PPE required; work is performed in offices or administrative buildings



Hybrid schedule:

• Remote Monday & Friday

• Onsite Tuesday–Thursday
