Position details:



• This role will be providing solution design for workflow, collaboration, intake and content management applications, and our enterprise digital asset management (DAM) application

• Day day tasks include engagement with user groups (discovery and requirements collection), presenting findings and recommendations, collaborating on effective solutions meet the needs, and then developing the integrations, automations, and advance workflows between the impacted systems

• This role will manage enhancement projects in partnership with team members, along with appropriate support and IT partners.

•Experience desired: working on APIs and integrations, understanding of marketing workflow activities and the content lifecycle (content creation, collaboration, and publishing activities).

• Serves as a consultant ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects

• Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes ta desired future state

• Contributes business strategy and supports organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives

• Manages complex projects or project components, participates in and may lead change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives

• Supports vendor management as required

• Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere relevant policies and procedures.





Example from above:



Stakeholder Engagement – facilitate technical discussions between different business and IT groups; work with workstream leads to identify and address issues / risks / escalations.

Solution Design – partner with stakeholders to produce logical / physical solution design and ensure that it is aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Development – Creating solutions using subject area knowledge in data analytics tools. Communications / Status Report – create bi-weekly status communications and responsible for communication plan.
